HI, I'M ASTRA
I am a kundalini yoga teacher dedicated to helping others achieve deeper self-awareness, balance, and inner connection. My path into yoga began with a very personal journey of healing, a calling to come home to myself, where the practice of breath, movement and meditation opened the door to a deeper relationship with my mind, body and spirit.
Through Kundalini yoga, I support others in awakening their life force energy, strengthening the nervous system and reconnecting with their authentic selves. My teaching creates a grounded and welcoming space where people can slow down, listen inwards, and explore their own path to wellbeing.



A
longside my yoga teaching, I am currently training in advanced naturopathic nutrition, deepening my understanding of how nourishment and holistic lifestyle practices support the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive. I am deeply interested in homoeopathic medicine and like to use journaling as a powerful tool for reflection, emotional processing and personal growth.
I am a holistic wellbeing writer focusing on wellbeing, and mind-body balance, currently a holistic contributor for a.co11ective magazine.
