TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to all bookings, memberships, class passes, workshops and services provided by Evolve Yoga (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not book or attend.

1. Bookings
All classes, workshops and appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
2. Payments
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.
We accept payments through secure third-party providers. Evolve Yoga does not store your full payment card details.
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
3. Memberships and Class Passes
Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them.
Class passes may have expiry dates, which will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Any unused classes will expire once the pass expires.
Membership benefits and inclusions may vary depending on the membership option selected.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Classes
If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your booking within the cancellation window stated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your pass or charged in full.
Workshops and Events
Workshops, events and special sessions may have separate cancellation terms due to limited spaces and guest teachers.
Unless otherwise stated, workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at the discretion of Evolve Yoga unless required by consumer law.
5. Changes and Studio Cancellations
Evolve Yoga reserves the right to:

change class times

substitute teachers
-
cancel classes or workshops when necessary
If we cancel a class or session, you will be offered a credit, reschedule or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
6. Arriving Late
We recommend arriving early to settle in before class begins.
For safety and to avoid disruption, entry may not be permitted after a class has started. In this case, the booking may still be deducted or charged.
7. Health and Medical Responsibility
Yoga and fitness activities involve physical movement and may carry a risk of injury.
By attending classes or sessions at Evolve Yoga, you confirm that:

you are physically able to take part

you will practise within your own limits

you understand that participation is at your own risk

you will inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before class
If you are unsure whether yoga is suitable for you, please consult a medical professional before attending.
Evolve Yoga is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Personal Property
Personal belongings brought to the studio are the responsibility of the client.
Evolve Yoga is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
9. Studio Conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful, welcoming environment for all.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe manner. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
10. Photography and Marketing
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes, workshops or events for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any imagery, please let a member of staff know before the class begins.
11. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
They must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolve Yoga is not liable for any loss, injury or damages resulting from:

participation in classes or services

misuse of equipment

failure to follow instructor guidance

pre-existing medical conditions
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised date.
By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
