Evolve Yoga is a women’s wellbeing space designed to support you at every stage of life. Rooted in Kundalini yoga, it helps you reconnect with your body, breath and inner rhythm. Each session invites you to slow down, reset and build self-awareness and balance. Whether you’re seeking clarity, strength or rest, Evolve offers a nurturing environment to return to yourself and feel grounded, present and more aligned in everyday life.

YOGA
Kundalini yoga is a practice of awareness that helps you reconnect with yourself and move through life with more clarity and ease.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork uses conscious breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system and shift energy. It helps release tension, reduce stress and create a deeper sense of calm.

A practice of stillness and awareness to helps quiet the mind and create inner space. It supports emotional balance, clarity and connection

KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice that works beyond the physical. Combining movement, breath, mantra and meditation, it is designed to shift energy, regulate the nervous system and create a deeper connection between body and mind. Rather than focusing only on form, this practice invites awareness, helping you release tension, build resilience and access a greater sense of clarity and balance. Each class is intentional, powerful and grounding, leaving you feeling both energised and deeply reset.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Evolve Yoga is built on the belief that movement is more than physical. It is a way to ground, process and reconnect. My approach is thoughtful and supportive, creating space for you to move in a way that feels right for you. Through Kundalini yoga, I work with energy, breath and nervous system awareness to support a deeper sense of balance and connection. My teaching is rooted in my own journey of healing and reconnection through yoga, breath and meditation, a path that continues to shape how I hold space for others.
